Laboratory pumps for air, gases and
vapors

Diaphragm vacuum pumps and compressors
for air, gases and vapors. general-purpose pumps for
various laboratory applications such as vacuum distillation,
multiflask filtration, gel drying.

KNF LABOPORT, chemically-resistant
diaphragm vacuum pumps for aggressive
media. These pumps transfer and evacuate almost all laboratory
gases and vapors. Their special feature is the resistant materials
used such as full PTFE for the pump head, FFPM for the valves,
and the KNF structured diaphragm with PTFE-coated, closed surfaces.
Thus, the pumps are virtually gastight; the media remains
uncontaminated. These pumps tolerate ingestion of occasional without
damaging or degrading performance.
KNF LABOPORT, chemically-resistant diaphragm
vacuum pumps with KNF self-drying system. They
offer all of the advantages of the chemically-resistant vacuum
pumps. In addition, an automatic self-drying system is built in for
applications with wet gases, such as at vacuum drying chambers. The
condensation is blown out of the pump heads, at regular intervals
set by the user. The vacuum in the vacuum chamber is maintained.
Regular drying of the pump heads shortens the pump-down time,
increasing the pump's service life.

KNF LABOPORT, chemically-resistant
vacuum systems for various process applications in
laboratories. The vacuum system is based on the
chemically-resistant LABOPORT-series diaphragm vacuum pumps. With
each of these pumps and the modular accessories, a customized system
can be built on the base plate - easily and without special tools.
Various chemically-resistant vacuum pumps are available.

KNF LABOXACT, chemically-resistant vacuum systems for gentle
distillation. The LABOXACT vacuum system was
developed specifically for use with rotary evaporators. It allows
reliable control of the evaporation process and a high rate of
recovery, even with low-boiling-point solvents.

KNF LABOBASE, a fully-automatic
vacuum system for up to ten users. All components of
the base station are mounted compactly on one base
plate. Various kinds of vacuum supply points with non-return
valves are available. They can be easily integrated in existing
laboratory equipment as well as in new designs. A mobile controller
unit is available for controlled vacuum
supply.

KNFLab TOWER, universal laboratory instrument
for three types of applications: Aspiration, filtering, pipetting. Simple handling
and easy to use, mobile, fits under hoods and laboratory benches.
Extremely
quiet operation and useable with various types
of pipettes and tips. Accurately adjustable pipetting
rates.
